We have a couple of Deep Retrofit projects on site at the moment. Our clients are availing of the SEAI Deep Retrofit Grant scheme. This means that their poorly performing homes will be upgraded to A-rated, energy efficient homes. The works included under the grant works are insulated floors, walls, roofs, new high-performance windows and doors, and new heating systems. Each of the projects includes a new extension and extensive renovation works. Some site photos are shown below.
