Planning granted for terrace of 3 dwellings in Chapelizod

We were delighted to recently receive planning permission for a terrace of 3 dwellings in Chapelizod.   The project will involve the demolition of a disused factory building (originally a cinema) close to the village centre of Chapelizod, and construction of 3 energy efficient, contemporary 4-bedroom homes with views over the Phoenix Park, and a strong emphasis on universal design.  It’s going to be a great project – we’ll post regular updates.
