Recently completed Farmhouse renovation and extension project where best conservation and universal design practices were employed.

1. New, contemporary entrance to the side of the farmhouse gives level access for all and cover overhead.

2. The original stepped entrance remains, and glazed panels to the doors give a framed view to the garden beyond.

Making older buildings more accessible is a challenge, and challenges give rise to creative opportunities.
